Import Sales Orders did not find any matching records.

Hello,

I am trying to import sales orders via FBDI through OIC but the process continuously errors out with the below error. The details in the zip file are consistent and I am providing the correct batch name as mentioned in this article as well ( Doc ID 2527153.1 ). I am not sure what is causing the issue. I am able to successfully execute the fbdi if I do it manually but it doesn't work when I use OIC. Please advise.
