Default Precision of the currency attribute

Summary:

We have a business requirement for which we need to increase the precision of one of our currency attributes to 4 decimal places.

On modifying the host company precision to 4, we can see that apart from the required attributes (where we have specified the precision as 4 on attribute level), all the other attributes (where there is no precison specified on attribute level) are also showing precision of 4 deciamal places on the UI. Is there any way to display the 4 decimal precision only for the attributes where precision is specified as 4 and not by default?
