Request Time Change in OTL

We Have a requirement to restrict "Request Time Change" only for two weeks prior

Can anyone suggest me how to restrict the "Request Time Change". As per the requirement we need to restrict the employee to apply only two weeks of prior for time change, Is it possible because system is allowing to select the last year date. Any suggestions please.
