Terminating Employee WIth Multiple assignments

Hi Everyone,


We are seeing a behavior where Oracle is allowing HR person to terminate an employee with  multiple assignments with termination date before there secondary assignment creation date. Is this the expected behavior of Oracle ?


Is there a way to throw an error or alerted the submitter that it was before that assignment existed? Anybody faced similar scenario before?
