Pop up box is missing during punch in

Summary:

Hi ,

This is just the store box pop up screen that we added during the project so that the store numbers can be tracked, there are no issues while punching. This employee just needs the pop up box populated before each punch like the other employees have. 

Pop up box is missing for one employee. Any idea how to fix this ?
