How to provide options to list property from a lookup dimension ?

I need to maintain three list properties. Based on first property selection, my second list options should have a refined list. Based on second property selection, third property options should be refined. I am maintaining all these data in a dimension. How to feed them into the list property ?

I also saw we can use node level hierarchy and from there we can feed them into the options. Can someone help me on how to achieve this ?
