Supplier Creation Screen Unresponsive

Summary:

We have a long time user who have been creating and modifying suppliers. Current issue is that screen goes unresponsive a few seconds after entering into it.

User has had no recent updates to roles or privileges' and other users in same office are not experiencing the issue. User has tried multiple browsers and cleared cache and still not working. Any ideas? Thanks.
