Time Records Groups loaded via HDL loaded time card are in approved status and not in entered status

Time Records Groups loaded via HDL

1. loaded time card are in approved status, and cannot be updated or edited.
2. can it loaded in entered mode and later approved it.
3. time card entries loaded for same date will delete the previous entries and loaded with latest data.

Is there any way the time card entries will be in entered status.
