Oracle Cloud Release Feature Reporting

Currently there are no reports that will tell which features have been taken in our Oracle Cloud environment. The requirement is to have a report that would list all current and previous features that have been enabled and/or setup in our Oracle Cloud environment. Some of the required fields would be Product, Module, Date Enabled, Date of when feature was released and Feature Name. This report would be on-demand and in formatted in Excel.
