DFF Value is not available in the BI Subject Areas - INV_LOT_ATTRIBUTES

Do not see new DFF created in 'Inventory - Inventory Balance Real Time'. Please see attached.

Steps:
1) While creating DFF Global segment, make BI enabled checkbox YES for the segment.
2) Deploy DFF
3) Run the "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions For Transactional Business Intelligence" process from scheduled process area.
Completes with Warnings as expected, per multiple sources of documentation I found?
4) I search 'Inventory - Inventory Balance Real Time' and cannot locate the new DFF but I CAN see the ones that already existed.
