SR - Recommeded articles do not show up when filtering by product

Summary:

I am trying the usecase where articles should be recommended based on the product selected on a Service Request

  1. Created an article "Test POC" and associated the product "ABC" to it
  2. Ran the Knowledge Search batch job and Knowledge Content batch process ESS jobs
  3. Created SR, populated the product as "ABC" but the recommended articles doesn't show the article.

(However it works by matching title, if I give the title of the SR as "ABC.. ", then the recommendations work)

Please share any additional setup missed here or process to run to get this working
