LinkedIn Learning - Missing courses - Need to perform a Full Catalog Sync

Summary:

• We need guidance/assistance on performing a full catalog sync without creating duplicate courses.
• We intend to do this first within a DEV environment, then depending on results, do the same in PROD.

Actions Taken:
a. Identified and corrected conflicting scheduled processes:
○ We had a few conflicting processes. We cancelled them and combined them into a single job that runs daily at 7 pm. We believe the conflicting processes are what caused the sync issues to begin with.
b. Contacted LinkedIn Learning support:
○ LIL suggested a full catalog sync is needed and to reach out to Oracle.
