Search Open Receipts in Responsive Receiving by Requester, Entered By, and Project Number

Currently the Responsive Receiving application provides multiple search criteria, but our users are unable to locate open receipts by 'Requester,' 'Entered by,' or 'Project Number' in the filter chips or keyword searching.

We have multiple team members supporting our receiving process on behalf of other users, and they often times may not be able to easily track down the PO number. This currently limits our ability to search and understand what open receipts need to be completed without the ability to search by these fields.

Are there other ways to search by these key attributes that are critical to our business process that we may not be seeing?
