Standard Cost Details Report (seeded) UI output shows Unit Cost as Zero (rounded down)

Summary:Standard Cost Details Report (seeded) UI output shows Unit Cost as Zero but Excel export shows correct value.

Analytics > Run Standard Cost Details seeded report

but when exported to Excel value is correctly shown as 0.02396.

Why is the UI report/dashboard output rounding down and what can we do to avoid it? Using Firefox and Edge as browsers. Results are the same.

is there anything that i can tweak in the Unit Cost column properties so that it will not round up or down but display value as in in the UI for the dashboard? showing seeded definition below:
