Held Transaction gets removed from Projects Unbilled Customer Invoice area

Summary:

a) Net Invoicing is enabled on a contract
b) Expenditure Labor Cost timecard transaction is created to the project associated to a contract line
c) Generate Draft Invoice process is run
d) User selects "Hold Indefinitely) on the time transaction. On the Manage Invoices screen, the "held" transaction can be seen in the
"Unbilled Transactions" section of the Manage Invoices screen.
e) User makes adjustment to Expenditure Labor Cost timecard transaction. Import and create accounting for the timecard adjustment entries into
Project Manage Project Costs.
f) Generate Draft Invoices process in run
g) The "Hold Indefinitely" transaction is no longer seen in the Unbilled Transactions section of the Manage invoices screen (it
