How to bring DFF from Employment Info page to Hire an Employee - Assignment Page in VB Studio?

Hi,

I have a DDF in Employment Info page. Using VB studio I enabled the field to be visible as shown in the below image.

The preview of this page is

I need these three fields in the Hire an Employee - Assignment page. How to add these fields using VB Studio?
