Quality inspection value matches specification but rejected anyway

Inspection value for a characteristic matches specifications of the inspection plan. But it is rejected.

When doing an inspection, we have one inspection value that does not pass whereas it should.

The specification range goes from 0.6 to 0.8:

• when we enter 0.6, the value is accepted
• when we enter 0.8, the value is rejected

Within the same inspection plan, when we enter the maximum value accepted for any other specification, but still in the valid value range, it is accepted.

How to explain that?
