BPM workflow parameter dictionary

Is there a dictionary for the parameters available in the BPM workflow?

Content:

When creating workflows, for example for journal approvals, there are many parameters available to choose from but no detail on what they exactly are.

The file structure and type provide some information, but not enough.

Example for Creator below:

*Note this is just an example, I would like a dictionary for ALL available segments.
