How can I replicate data from a pivot table in an RTF report (BI Publisher)?

I have a report for transaction build using BI publisher what is giving is the customer X is shown just once with multiple transaction what i want is to have the customer X on each row replicated with each transaction . (Note that i am using pivot table in the RTF template).
