Can we implement the solution using the groovy script object functions in Service Contract Management cloud and schedule that in ESS

Object functions can be written in groovy script and can be called in scheduled custom groovy object function ESS, is it possible for Service Contract Management Cloud module?

To develop one Groovy object function, can be scheduled in ESS daily.
1. It should fetch all the renewed service contracts (API call) based on the particular sku/item.
