Offering Course Not Showing in OTBI If No Learners Are Enrolled

Good Day,

I have a specific offering course in fusion application where still no learners are enrolled.
I can see this in fusion but when creating an analysis using Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time.
This particular offering course is not showing in the report.
Only offering courses with learners enrolled are pulled by OTBI analysis.

Is there a way to pull this even if there are no learners enrolled to the offering course?
