After implementing Redwood Learning in production, we encountered a few issues

Summary:

After implementing Redwood Learning in production, we encountered a few issues:

  1. Courses overdue were showing in Manager (MSS) even though the driver (ESS) had completed the course.
  2. Some managers were unable to see the drop-down menu when assigning courses.

To address these issues, we ran the following jobs:

  • ESS Job to create index definitions and perform the initial ingest to OSCS:
    • fa-hcm-learningrecord
    • fa-hcm-acl
  • Compute Users ACL job: Run it with User Populate. Set "All Users" and "Simulation" to No.

After running these jobs, the issues were resolved.

Given that we implemented Redwood last month (July), do we need to schedule these jobs to run at specific intervals? If so, please let us know.

Howdy, Stranger!
