How to delete Workbench data for a single period across different Data Load rules

Summary:

we need to delete multiple Period Mapping in DM, and It is throwing an error saying data exists in Workbench, but I don't know in which Data Load Rule

Is there a way using some command in the System Maintainance view, we can delete Workbench data for All Data Load Rule across a Specific period or Range of periods?
