Form 2.0 in Task Manager

Summary:

Currently when displaying forms in Task Manager, the Form 1.0 version is being shown, even though Form 2.0 is enabled in the application.

This is causing the interface to be inconsistent within the application and confusing for end users. Would like to have the option to either separately enable Form 2.0 in Task Manager or have the application setting drive both the Task Manager and the native form version.
