How to get national identifier from candidate personal sensitive information through REST API?

We are trying to find a REST API to get the candidate personal sensitive information to retrieve national identifier for the candidate. As mentioned on the documentation provided by oracle we have enabled the tab but still can't find the API to retrieve the information for candidate.
