CPQ Parts price upload to price books

PD PIM uploads the parts to CPQ price books. For the prices to be uploaded into CPQ, is a non zero price required?

Example: Option class part numbers and children of ATO parts are updated with prices as 0.0001 (penny price).

Is this a requirement to upload the prices in CPQ price book?
