To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Transaction is auto approved but transaction admin console still shows In Progress.
Summary:
We have had multiple personal details transactions which are set to be auto approved. The transaction gets approved but stays in In Progress status in the transaction console.
Has anyone faced such an issue? If yes, please assist
