Audit user's deleted roles

Hi team,

As part of auditing requirement, our auditors wanted to find out when the role was added/removed from user accounts and who performed it.

I found a Doc ID 2951546.1 that provided a query to fetch the user role add/removals from security console. It works fine, but it is not retrieving the roles that were removed externally (using API or auto provision).

When opened SR with Oracle, they specified, support does not offer guidance on custom SQL queries as this will be up to the customer to maintain. You can also use the User History Report to track which roles were added/removed and when this was done. But the report contain more than 60 pages and not easy to search.
