Brazil Vacation Cash Disbursement Setup Issue
Hello, we have Oracle Fusion Absence Management Cloud Service, and the requirement came from HR team for Brazil Vacation Cash Disbursement setup in Oracle.
According to Brazil Vacation Law, an employee may cash in 1/3 of their leave and receive it as a holiday bonus. We have a 30 Days Front Loaded Vacation given to a person in a year. we enable the Cash Disbursement RUI Page in Employee Self Service. System is allowing employee to take multiple cash disbursement for a year but according to law, it should be a max of 10 days(1/3) of vacation leave.
is there any way we can restrict the employees to take only 10 days of cash disbursement for a year.
