Redwood Learning - Video Playback Issues - Inconsistent

Summary:

Since moving to Redwood, we are having issues where videos will work fine for one user but not another. We have also found that the same video can work fine for an affected user on a different course. Both the course and video are loaded native on OLC.

We are seeing frequent inconsistent video playback on Redwood Learning.

The same course with the same Content type of Video uploaded into OLC can not play for one user but work perfectly fine for another. We have even tested on multiple operating systems and on/off corporate network.
