Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud - Data Retention and Back-up on License Contract expiration

Our Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud License is about to expire ; we have decided to move to an alternative HCM Solution Provider; could someone please guide on the documentation and process for historical data backup from HCM Cloud to local storage for any future usage and analytics? Thanks
