How to hide Public Refnum on Order Release

Summary:

On the Order Release Screen, Order Release Reference Number Qualifiers contains the whole list of qualifiers. From that we need to hide some of the Reference Number Qualifiers from the drop-down list while inserting it in the Order Release. We tried managing the list through the manager layout but for order management it is not editable there.

So is there any workaround where we can hide some Order release Reference Number Qualifiers from the drop-down list.
