Feasibility to automate standard roles and application-level access in ARCS using Rest API

Summary:

For standard/predefined role (Service administrator, Power User, User, Viewer) access, currently user is manually added to respective AD groups in GAM. For ex- If user need Service admin access, then user will be added to AD group (EPMC_ARCS_ServerAdmin_PRD) in GAM.
Once standard role access provisioning is completed, user is provided access within application (refer below) manually based on the provisioned standard roles

• For Power User role, user is manually provided with respective power user security under access control (For ex- if Power User need access for US and CA market then power user will be provided with power user security as Market contains "US" or Market contains "CA". Based on power user security, they will access US and CA artifacts (profiles, reconciliations) in ARCS application)
