Buyer Email communication not working for specific domain

Summary:

There is a profile option in Purchasing: PO_FROM_EMAIL_ADDRESS and we have set it up as "Buyer".

Now whenever the PO has been created and the buyer's/Users has email address (from HR Profile) in the format: "XXXXX@in.abc.com", then the email communication is not working, and the suppliers are not receiving the email.

But when the PO has been created and the buyer's/Users has email address (from HR Profile) in the format: "XXXXX@abc.com", then the email communication is working, and the suppliers are receiving the email.

Does anyone know what could be the issue? Or does anyone faced the similar issue?
