Secure Data Role by Legislative Data Group
Summary:
We currently operate in UK and IE
We have 2 UK Payrolls and 1 IE Payroll.
We have a requirement to secure a data role so that the users can only see employee records (person, absence and salary etc) for employees and contingent workers that are in the UK Legislative Data Group.
I want to avoid using AOR or custom security so I have created a new Legislative Data Group security profile that is tied to the UK, i called it 'PG UK LDG' and then configured this profile on the Data Role. The data role inherits a job role thats a copy of the HR Specialist.
