Creation of order in USD when payload is sent in CAD

Our client ships across the world and third party platforms captures orders in various currencies but client needs the orders to be captured in USD while creating order in Oracle Cloud Order Management. OM gets order in terms of EDI payload with other currencies such as CAD. Is there a way we can create the order in USD directly in OM without doing conversion in integration.
