Impact of changing set up of Seniority dates

Summary:

We are currently using only legal employer attribute but can we add Enterprise attribute too?
We need to know if we change the setup of Seniority dates post go live in an up and running system will it have any product level impacts ?

We are having 10 geographies currently and we don't want this change to impact other geos.
