Unavailability of "Claim" option in FCCS task manager for Service Admins

Hi All,

Can anyone please confirm, is there any recent changes applied in FCCS task manager from August month, which is causing unavailability of "Claim" option for any task only for Service Admins.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Previously, if any task is assigned to any team, both users and Admins present in the team, were able to claim and submit the task. But now only users present in the team, have the option to claim and submit the task where Admins have direct option to submit.

We have checked 24.08 patch list (as we are facing this from August end) but couldn't find anything related to this.
