Alerts composer - insert position and manager information

I need help with the alert composer in two cases:

1. I need to add the position and manager fields to the body of the text sent by email in the alert composer.
   I used the option to insert expression but the values ​​were null.
2. Remove the bracket "[ ]" from the body of the email, the information must come without this symbol.
