New person Work Area

Summary:

Hi, We have enabled Redwood page and i see quick action links available for Hire an employee , Add a contingent worker, Add a Non Worker, Add a pending Worker and Pending worker but these are also appearing under the New person App. So, it is kind of redundant. Why is this app still being made available even though we have the quick action links available ?

Under New Person App , we have the New Person dashboard. What is the difference between new Person dashboard and Pending Worker quick action?
