How ShipmentSet on order lines in Fusion interface with WMS?

Summary: In fusion order management, order lines are marked with Shipment set. That means all order lines are expected to ship together. When these lines are interface to WMS, in WMS there is no visibility of shipment set. That means, let say out of 10 order lines, 7 lines can be shipped if enough stock is there. However, expectation is to ship all 10 lines together.
