Unable to force cancel "HCM Flow Secured Process"

We are unable to force cancel the "HCM Flow Secured Process". It was canceled 2 days back and got stuck in canceling status. We are unable to force cancel it as the options are greyed out. Kindly let us know how to force cancel this or any other workaround for this issue.
