How to identify page access by EMP or LM or HR

Summary:

There are certain pages which are common by design for example Document Of Records, it can be access by EMP, and HR on behalf of employee.

Similary Employee personal information can be added by EMP as well as HR

We want to put certain validations only for Emp and not for HR, we cant put this by Role because HR also will be an employee, so how should we identify whether the page is accessed by EMP or HR in OGL?
