How to work with non key customer when Aggregate nonkey customerdata to an All Other is enabled

Summary:

we have to create grouping for some customers which are presently non key customers and we have "Aggregate non-key customer data to an All Other level member" enabled.

business would like to see forecast against item and customer site, but non key customers appear as All others with "default other" site due to it.

How can we create segmentation for non key customers for some products and see them in plan.
