Getting USA demographic fields for uk employee

Hello ,

We are seeing USA demographic fields for UK employees.

How can we control this in redwood using visual builder .

Like this employee from uK but still he is seeing USA fields. I have hide all the fields in VBCS but still i can see from uk employee ESS.
