Assigned a field screen set but not working

Summary:

We have created a screen set for Power unit which says default criteria as Active - YES( shows all the trucks which are active)

And we have assigned that screen set as a field screen set using Manager user access to a Operation Manager role with role level Operations Manager

And for that we have given a shipment screen set in which on shipment results screen we have driver ID field editable, there while double clicking on the field we are able to see the trucks which are deactivated as well - this is happening for some user only
