City, County names are not matching in wage basis rules page with the manage geographies.

We have tried to create a report to fetch the details(city, county, primary and secondary classification) from the wage basis rules page but when tried to fetch particular city and county related information its stores info as the vertex codes(4/5 digit codes) in the backend not the city ,county names directly even though those city, county names are present in that page, So we use these vertex codes and remap to mange geographies table to fetch city ,county names for the report purpose, But issue is that city county names are not matching in wage basis rules page with the
