landing on financial plan instead of Project plan

Summary:

I am trying to navigate to Manage PROJECT PLAN from project when i open the project it is landing to Manage Project Financial Plan..

Below is navigation that i have been following

rojects— project mgmt — my projects— click on project name and it is landing on financial

plan and i do not have an option of manage project plan as per the screenshot.

THe user has required roles and data access for the project.
