If a user lacks privilege to view an item, why is it being added as a component via import map?
User has roles and privileges that restrict access to the items of a specific class. However, the user added an item of that class to a structure through an import map. Upon running the item batch, the import showed as failed and the following error was received:
"You cannot edit an item because you do not have the required privilege to view the item."
However, when another user who has the role to view both the parents and component items checked, that component was present in the structure. Oracle should have prevented the item from being added to the Structure. Is this by design?
