Delete option for deleting draft contract is disabled

Summary:

We had created a contract which is in 'Draft status'. We are trying to delete the draft contract. Using same contract administrator login, Delete option in Actions menu is 'disabled' for the contract.

We have other contracts ( in draft status ) for same BU, same user login, where delete option is there which is allowing to delete.

In both the cases, we dont have any transactions(cost/Events etc) for the contract. Want to understand why delete option is disabled for a contract?
